About Me

I’m Sasha, a design leader and mentor with over 15 years of industry experience. My passion is designing clean, beautiful and engaging end-user experiences that improve users lives. I enjoy all aspects of a project from early prototypes and wireframes, to highly executed designs, illustrations and iconography. I thrive in highly collaborative environments, where I have direct impact on the product and business strategy. I love managing and building cross functional design teams, and mentoring designers both internally and externally. I have an entrepreneurial background and experience in running my own business.

My Portfolio

Here you can view a variety of my favourite projects. Each case study gives insight into my design process, breaking down how I reach the final outcome. Recent projects include DriveScore and telematics app that records and measures a users driving behaviour, Lumo, an app only energy tariff and my experiences building a platform brand at Kaluza.

Work History

I spent over 4 years at Condé Nast Digital, creating and launching the digital presence for magazine brands such as Wired, GQ, Vogue, Miss Vogue, Tatler and Glamour. I later joined OVO energy as a Senior Product Designer, working as part of their specialist projects team. In 2018 I joined Motorway, an automotive start up, providing an online platform for selling your car. I successfully led the design process for the launch of their new products as well as hiring and managing a small design team.

In 2019 I returned to OVO to join Kaluza, a B2B SaaS energy platform. Here I worked within the Platform Design team, as Design Lead for the brand and patternisation practice. I currently work at ClearScore as acting Head of Design for the car mission. I manage two teams across the ClearScore group, focussing on the B2C app DriveScore, alongside our car insurance and car finance verticals.

Say hello

I enjoy working on personal projects, the most recent being a location based app, uniting people love of recreational activities. I also enjoy creating my own illustrations and iconography.

Being a lover of nature and the great outdoors, I spend any spare moments running and cycling around Richmond park. Other passions and interests include music, mindfulness, psychology and photography - and of course my ragdoll cat, Merlin!

I am always open to new and exciting opportunities, especially those that positively enhance users lives, so please get in touch if you have enjoyed viewing my portfolio.
